Who We Are
TLC Properties is an independent family run letting agency set up in 2006. We are Ian and Maria Goodwin, a husband and wife team, and we manage a select portfolio of properties in the Sheffield area. Relationships are important to TLC Properties and we offer excellent levels of service to our landlords and tenants, drawing upon trusted associates to help us in our work. As members of the Residential Landlords Association, we apply industry best practice to all our residential lettings and property management work.
What We Do
We start by listening, so that we understand what you want. We then work with you, and for you, to make it happen. TLC Properties aim to add value at every stage of our dealings with you. We:
Charge a fair and reasonable rent
Set up a clear tenancy agreement
Clean your property before you move in
Organise safety checks
Carry out verification checks on every tenant
Keep in touch to make sure all is well
Arrange maintenance work
What We Charge
We do not charge for finding you a suitable place. We just ask you for a returnable security deposit and a month's rent before you move in.
