TLC Properties

TLC Properties is a partnership established on 1 October 2006 by Ian and Maria Goodwin in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, England. Registered with HMRC as a professional letting agency and property management business, TLC Properties invest in and manage a select portfolio of properties.

TLC tenancy agreements

TLC Properties always use tenancy agreements created by the Residential Landlords Association (RLA) appointed specialists and developed in conjunction with the Office of Fair Trading. Awarded the Crystal Mark by the Plain English Campaign, these agreements provide the legal basis of all our relationships with tenants. The agreements are updated where required in line with the latest legal requirements.
